Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati-Transfer to Bhalukpong
Receive/welcome Guest at Guwahati Airport and drive to Nameri national Park.
(200 km and 5 hours’ Drive). Overnight stay at Hotel
Day2: ( Nameri To Dirang 160km drive 6 hours)
Early Morning will explore Nameri national park. Activity will include birdwatching with more than 300 bird species. Nameri is a habitat of white-winged ducks, fishes, and mammals. After breakfast, one can go rafting at the Jia Bharali River. After lunch, drive uphill to Dirang, entering Arunachal, which is called the land of the rising sun. Dirang is full of the beauty of the valley. Waterfalls and monasteries. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3: Dirang Sightseeing-Drive to Tawang via Sela Pass
After Breakfast explore Dirang. It’s a small Hill station in the west kameng district. The visits included here are Dirang Monastery, also called Kalachakra Gompa; kiwi orchids; and Dirang Dzong (fort), which is 150 years old. Time permitting, also visit the picturesque Chug Valley or Santi Valley, both known for their natural beauty and peaceful ambiance. Later, drive to tawang through the curved mountain Road, displaying colored flags along the routes. Tourists will witness the sella pass Asia’s second-highest motorable road. On the Way one can visit the Nurang waterfalls and Jaswant garh. Overnight stay at Tawang Hotel.
Day 4: Tawang sight seen ( 150Km 7 hours)
After Breakfast drive to Madhuri Lake through snowcapped mountains. Next is the way to Bumla pass which is 36 km away from tawang it is indo china border which lies at 15,200 ft above sea level. Way back, enjoy the picturesque scene of Heart Lake and PTSO Lake, Naghula Lake. Overnight at Tawang Hotel.
Day 5: Explore Tawang-Monastery, War Memorial & Culture
Post breakfast, visit Tawang Monastery. Asia’s Second and India’s largest Monastery which was built 350 years ago. Explore the artifacts of the Monpa tribe and witness the picturesque scene of tawang town. Drive to Tawang war memorial a beautiful stupa built in memory of brave soldiers who died during the 1962 indo China war. Take some woven by local monpa ladies. Enjoy Light and sound show at tawang war memorial.
Day 6: Tawang to Bomdila (185 Km/8 hours)
After Breakfast drive to Bomdila. Visit Bomdila Monastery, established in 1965. Visit orchid varieties at the Tipi Orchidarium, which will be on the way to Guwahati. Overnight at Bomdila.
Day 7: Bomdila to Guwahati-Departure
post-breakfast drive to Guwahati and drop you at Guwahati Airport in accordance with your departure time.
